Removing, installing
2 Bring the seat to the highest position and secure it.
Secure the swing arm (16) to the front plastic rollers in the lower suspension section using suitable spacers.
3 Remove ten bellows nails (5) and push the bellows (3) upwards.
Unhook 4 Bowden cables (1 and 2) from the support (15).
Installation instructions:
Check Bowden cable setting and adjust if necessary.
5 Unhook the Bowden cable (1) from the valve lever (13).
6 Unhook the Bowden cable (2) from the valve lever (14).
Mark 7 compressed air hoses (7 to 10) with the letters Z, A, P and R and remove them from the level valve (12) .
Installation instructions:
Three sealing sleeves (11) on the compressed air hoses (7 to 9)
renew.
8 Remove the O-ring for attaching the compressed air hose (8) to the carrier (15).
9 Unscrew two Torx screws (4) and remove the level valve (12) with valve carrier (6) from the rocker (16).
Installation instructions:
●Two Torx screws (4), 6 Nm.
●The valve carrier must rest snugly against the swingarm; rework if necessary (see arrow)!
10 Installation is carried out in reverse order.
