 When installing the height control valve of a car seat, you need to pay attention to the following points:

 2. Stability: When installing, make sure the height control valve is firmly connected to the seat structure to avoid loosening or falling off during use.
 3. Electrical connection: If it is an electric height control valve, you need to pay attention to the correct connection of the power supply and control signal lines to ensure the normal operation of the electrical system.
 4. Debugging: After the installation is completed, debugging is required to ensure that the height control valve can accurately and smoothly control the height adjustment of the seat, and at the same time, check for abnormal noise or other problems.
 5. Safety: During the installation process, make sure that the safety performance of the seat, such as the airbag system, etc. is not affected.

    PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

     Removing, installing
     CAUTION Danger of crushing!
     Risk of injury due to limbs becoming trapped or crushed when working on the mechanics of the seat suspension/seat base.
     Before starting work with the seat suspension raised, the seat swing arm must be secured against any movement.
     1 Bring the seat suspension to its highest position and secure it.
     2 Disconnect the air supply to the vehicle electrical system.
     3 Remove the seat cushions and place them aside.
     Note: Do not disconnect existing electrical plug connections and air hose.
     4 Remove cover on left handle side, small.
     Note: Do not remove the electrical cable connections.
     5 Remove the left handle side cover.
     Note: Do not remove the valves and air hoses.
     6 Remove the quick seat lowering button (3) from the quick seat lowering valve (1).
     7 Unscrew the handle strip (7) on the seat support (9).
     Installation instructions: screw (8) 2 Nm.
     8 Unscrew the quick seat lowering valve (1) on the handle strip (7).
     Installation instructions: screws (2), 2 Nm.
     9 CAUTION Risk of injury!
     Risk of injury due to pressure in the air system!
     ●Move the seat suspension to the highest position and secure it.
     ●Disconnect air supply to the vehicle electrical system.
     ●Bleede the air system before removing the air hoses (e.g. using the quick seat lowering button).
    10 Push the hose nozzles (6) on the air hoses (4,5) backwards and cut the air hoses straight and cleanly directly behind the connections of the quick seat lowering valve (1).

    Installation instructions:
     ●When reusing the quick seat lowering valve, carefully score and remove hose residue on the connections of the quick seat lowering valve with a sharp knife to make dismantling easier.
     ●Short the air hoses approx. 5 mm and carefully push them onto the connections while applying pressure.
     ●Each air hose can only be shortened once.
     ●After shortening an air hose, a corresponding note must be clearly visible on the level control.
     ●When working on air hoses again, the air hose set must be completely replaced.
     11 Installation is carried out in reverse order.
     Connection diagram:
     (4) Air hose, blue, to the air spring
     (5) Air hose, green, from the level control
     (6) Slide the hose nozzles onto both air hoses.
