    Shock absorber adjustment
    -Dismantle the seat cushion (2.1.0).
    -Remove the lock washer (1) and lever the Bowden cable (2) out of the holder (3).
    -Unscrew two screws (4).Press pin (5) out of lever (6) and pull Bowden cable out of seat frame.
    Adjusting the shock absorber (only possible with old Bowden cables):
    -Before installing the seat cushion, loosen the locking nut on the bowden cable (2).
    -Adjust the Bowden cable (2) so that the hardest damping is achieved when the adjustment lever is in the lowest position.
    -Tighten the lock nut again.
