-Unscrew two screws (4).

Press the pin (5) out of the lever (6) and pull the Bowden cable out of the seat frame.

Adjusting the shock absorber (only possible with old Bowden cables):

-Before installing the seat cushion, loosen the locking nut on the bowden cable (2).

-Adjust the Bowden cable (2) so that the hardest damping is achieved when the adjustment lever is in the lowest position becomes.

-Tighten the lock nut again.
