Height adjustment valve
Dismantle the seat cushion (2.1.0).
-Loosen the nut (1), remove the Bowden cable (2) from the holder (3) and pull the nipple (4) out of the valve lever (5). Carefully lift the safety hook (6) and pull off the hoses (7) (see detail A).
-Unhook spring (8).
-Loosen the lower bellows fastening, screw (9)
unscrew and swing up the bracket (10).-Turn the valve (11) on the bearing tube and press it over the edge of the bearing tube (12).-After assembly: Adjust the valve (2.9.0).

Valve adjustment (without included height stop)
Lower the seat and place the height adjustment lever in the highest position. Adjust the Bowden cable (1) so that the lever (2) is at a distance of approx. 2 mm from the lower air spring support (3).

Valve adjustment (moving height stop)
If the toothed segments (1) and (2) pop out when removing the valve, they must be readjusted: The top tooth of the toothed segment (1) must engage in the top tooth gap of the toothed segment (2). Check the toothed segments (see below, valve adjustment).
Valve adjustment: The top tooth of the toothed segment (3) must engage in the topmost tooth gap of the toothed segment (4) of the valve unit.
After adjusting the tooth segments, move along the path of the teeth. If the segments block, the top teeth are not together and must be readjusted.
Adjusting the Bowden cable: Adjust the Bowden cable for the height adjustment valve so that the lever arm (6) still has play when the handle (5) is pulled up (see arrow A).
